Without question, Frontier Farwest’s guide’s and client’s favorite floats, have been on the most remote and in accessible stretches of the Bulkley.   This is why FFW is proud to offer fishermen a new package allowing access to the only two overnight camps available to anglers on the entire Bulkley River! 

Yes!  That’s right Ice Fishing.  We will provide you with heated portable fish houses, electronics, rods-n-reels, and all tackle. All holes will be drilled for you and transportation is provided during guided hours.

We not only provide you with the best and latest equipment on the market, but also will be fishing with you all day. Our guides work with you to help you understand your electronics and to show you the best techniques for catching fish. 

Rainbow fishing in Northern B.C is a very unique experience.  The lakes and rivers tend to hold large quantities of fish because of the large amounts of insect life, plus the added nutrients the populations of salmon provide.  Trout will follow the salmon into rivers and creeks waiting for the opportunity to begin eating their eggs as they spawn.

Professional Spey casting/Steelheading instruction & fully guided Steelhead fishing during one of the best weeks for early fall run steelhead on the Bulkley and Morice Rivers in British Columbia. Our school’s one on one and group instruction will benefit both novice and experienced casters. Beginners are welcome!

With Spring comes the arrival of Chrome Winter Steelhead to the Skeena Region. There are numerous rivers in the Region that boast healthy populations of spring fish such as the Kitamat, Kalum and Copper which are of the more well known rivers; and for good reason. These rivers have a reputation for providing a quality angling experience with out fail every season. There are many other rivers known only to the few that fish them, that provide the perfect balance of beauty, seclusion, and knuckle busting Steelhead action.
